looking at the corners and seeing too much debris
deciding to put the plastic bag into the other plastic bag
and then putting that thing into the street next to a car
dressing up and talking to a boring person
spilling the water onto the ground and then slipping on the water
and then eating something that will turn my mouth fuchsia
accidentally threw away half of my lunch
drowned on the way to the bank
next time maybe the lips will be less cracked
we will laugh and laugh at our mistakes
towel in the street
tripped on the old food in the street
made my face bloody and hot
dropped my books and started crying
and then i woke up next to an iguana
who was my therapist
flying a kite until the angel cut the line
i saw under the angel’s skirt and it wasn’t what i wanted to see
praying that i can use my cellphone to erase the memory
or reaching all the way around my head and then spinning it around
getting a flu shot and having no side effects
drinking too much water and feeling uncomfortable
frying on the sidewalk and looking at the bus stop
watching the debris floating around under the street
took off my hat and used it as a bowl for my soup
it dripped out onto my lap and then into another hat
and then dripped into another hat

there was once a little thing that wanted an expensive ring
then they had to do their hair in a special way
or else the people thought they were gonna wing around
driving around in the totaled car until we met
then they said it was the end of the roll so we changed it
some other people decided it was time to clean the floor
and we put the water on the special body part
then i rested while i smacked my gum
controlled the can swimming down the stream until i lost it
gravel rolled on my shoe until i lost my balance and fell
the new haircut was not flattering but very flattening
the listening was the challenging part of the day spray

3rd piece of paper

wrote the number really ugly on a piece of paper
i couldn’t even read it back to myself if i wanted to
the loop missed my eye and instead it had too much foam
another brown wavy box spun around in bent light
my legs decided to grow maybe 5 or 6 or so inches
open the folder and take out the 3rd piece of paper
with the brown stain in the upper right hand corner
2 friend sitting outside on a porch talking about what they did in the bathroom
ha ha it was so funny when the flower grew a face and started singing to me
ha ha when the we thought about keeping a diary diary

purple person

the purple person is digging in the sand for the other purple person
using their hand to find the one that looks like them
when they find the one they might be disappointed to find the person that looks like them
actually looks like me
the sand is very hot and your nails keep flaking off
and that makes me sick so see your unhealthiness
when they find the person they will link or hold hands and it won’t feel like much of anything
because nobody wants to hold hands with themselves
tickle tickle the purple person can see the person’s head
they started to get excited when they hit their brain matter
oops maybe you hurt yourself or maybe the other one didn’t feel it but you felt it
and when you fell down backwards onto the hot sand and had a scary dream
where you held hands with your hands
then you woke up in the same place you got knocked out
only the hole was gone and your purple twin has escaped or whatever
and you felt sad and alone but not for too long because
you have yourself
purple person you shouldn’t try to dig them up
because maybe they’re just you
